- User Registration & Account Responsibilities

- Job Seekers’ Terms
2.1. Job seekers can create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for job listings.
2.2. By applying for a job, job seekers consent to sharing their information with prospective employers.
2.3. Job seekers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information on their profiles and applications.
2.4. Adept Staffers is not responsible for the hiring process or the outcome of any job applications.
- Employers’ Terms
3.1. Employers can create accounts to post job listings and review applicant profiles.
3.2. Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings comply with all employment regulations and do not include misleading or fraudulent information.
3.3. Adept Staffers does not guarantee the accuracy of job seeker profiles or the suitability of candidates.
3.4. Employers must comply with anti-discrimination and fair hiring laws in their recruitment processes.
- Paid Job Postings & Payments
4.1. Employers may pay for premium job postings and other recruitment services.
4.2. Payment must be made through the accepted payment methods displayed on the platform.
4.3. Fees for paid job postings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.4. Adept Staffers reserves the right to remove job listings that violate these terms without refund.
- Data Usage & Privacy
5.1. Adept Staffers collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
5.2. User data may be shared with employers for recruitment purposes, as consented by job seekers.
5.3. Users may request access, modification, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support@adeptstaffers.com
5.4. The platform uses cookies and analytics tools to enhance user experience and improve services.
- Prohibited Activities
6.1. Users must not:
- Submit false or misleading job applications or job postings.
- Share login credentials or allow unauthorized account access.
- Engage in spamming, fraud, or any unlawful activities on the platform.
- Post discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate job listings or messages.
6.2. Adept Staffers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.
- Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes between users (job seekers and employers) should be resolved directly between the parties.
7.2. Adept Staffers is not responsible for resolving disputes between users but may intervene in cases of policy violations.
