Job Description

Basic Qualifications

 

Minimum 2 years of sales, account management or other relationship management experience

Desire to work with top restaurants and building a business together

Extraordinary listening, communication and persuasion skills

Problem solving skills: when you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it

Data driven attitude: capable to run analysis and/or understand data and transform it into relevant insights

Focus on business strategy, innovation, digital marketing, analytics

Have experience working with diverse teams

Have experience working on cross-functional projects

Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional organizational skills are essential

Curious and creative mind that has the ability to think strategically and tactically, with attention to detail

Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success

Stakeholder Management: Engaging, informing, and gaining the support of various stakeholders. Taking time to build helpful relationships; earning the respect and trust of others within the organisation through strong emotional intelligence

Planning & Organizing: Appropriately prioritising and planning of projects and/or tasks that maximise the benefit for the organisation. Setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of tasks and projects

Project Management: good organization & time management skills

Highly autonomous: able to work with minimal oversight

Strong Presentation Skills (written and oral)

Background in Marketing and/or Data Analytics

Solid understanding of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Preferred Qualifications

 

Strong background in client facing roles or customer support

Experience working with SQL
