Job Description

Nord Anglia International School Al Khor is looking to appoint an outstanding Admissions Coordinator to join a well – established, supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school. The role will require a passion for marketing, along with strong graphic design skills and excellent written and spoken English.

 

About your school

Nord Anglia International School Al Khor (NAISAK) is a 3-18 through school with more than 1350+ pupils currently on roll. Our school resides in the town of Al Khor, 25 minutes north of Doha (the capital of Qatar). We educate both local and expat students through a bespoke and engaging Primary curriculum which draws on the English National Curriculum as well as Qatar’s Ministry of Education curriculum.

 

 

About the role

 

You will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for parents and students through the Purchase phase of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ), as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child’s first day at school, thereby maximising the conversion of leads into new starters.

 

The successful candidate will possess:

 

Preferably under husband/family sponsorship
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage a team to achieve and succeed desired outcomes
2 years + in a sales or service delivery sector
Experience in working with CRM systems (SalesForce and iSAMS) and integration with the sales life cycle
Fluent in English and speaking Arabic is an advantage
 

About you

 

Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, you will possess a university degree. Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using your expertise to build strong relationships with school support staff. You will also be able to meet visa-related restrictions for Qatar, including candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree. To be fluent in English (verbal and written).

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT

 

Experience / Skill / Abilities

 

Minimum 2 years working in a sales or service delivery sector
Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures
Strong leadership skills
Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experience a bonus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
Experience working with a CRM /or IM
