8+ years’ work experience in credit.
Excellent understanding of micro finance industry practices.

Excellent business relationship management skills and business closure techniques.

Performance Management and Review

The holder of the role will on a weekly basis hold discussions with the General Manager and share progress report on the Sector’s performance.
Overall review of the targets vis-a-vis the actuals on monthly Sector’s quality.
