Requirements
Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
Must be a holder of Diploma in Agriculture/ Horticulture with Five (5) years’ experience. A degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
Short Courses in BASIS, IPM, Food Safety and Animal health will be an added advantage.
Computer literacy and good command of English and Kiswahili.
Ability to prepare budgets, production plans and write Board papers and reports.
Understanding of food handling, fertigation systems, MRLs, and PHIs.
Ability to operate basic farm machinery including animal and crop production machinery and equipment.
Valid driving license.
