Qualifications
4.0 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
· Master’s degree (MBA) preferred but not mandatory.
· Professional certification (CFA, FRM, ACCA, CA) strongly preferred.
· ACI Dealing Certificate — mandatory requirement.
· Certifications in digital innovation, fintech, product management, or data analytics are an added advantage.
5.0 EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· 12–15 years of experience in financial services, Treasury, Treasury Sales, or Digital Trading, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
· Proven track record in driving sales growth across Corporate, SME, FI, and Retail segments.
· Experience leading digital sales, e‑trading, fintech‑enabled platforms, or channel execution is highly desirable.
· Strong experience working with African corporates, financial institutions, and cross‑border markets.
· Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and complex client negotiations.
· Advanced analytical and financial modelling capability (Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience managing multi‑country teams or regional responsibilities is an added advantage

· Recovery & Resolution Planning awareness for commercial actions and client management
