Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Demography, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning for FP/RMNCAH or health systems strengthening programs.

Demonstrated experience working with government health information systems, including DHIS2.

Strong experience in data quality assurance, data analysis, and data use for decision-making at sub-national level.

Experience supporting capacity strengthening of government teams in MEL and D4D.

Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
