Role Overview
We are looking for an inspiring and adaptable Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will deliver a well-rounded curriculum that inspires a love of learning in a diverse, international student body. Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that challenge and inspire students.
Use inquiry-based approaches to develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Differentiate learning to ensure all students, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL), SEND, and high-potential learners, make significant progress.

Assessment and Reporting

Professional Collaboration and Contribution
Collaborate within year group teams to ensure consistent and high standards of teaching.

Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, school events, and assemblies.
Safeguarding and Well-being

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject.
A UK PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent internationally recognized teaching qualification.
At least two years of primary school teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and inquiry-based learning methods.
A proven record of delivering high-quality teaching and achieving student progress.
Experience working with diverse student populations, including EAL learners.
Desirable Experience:
Familiarity with or experience in UK independent school practices.
Knowledge of or experience with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).
Experience using Apple technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
Experience leading co-curricular activities or initiatives within a school setting.
