To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second-class upper honours or equivalent in any relevant fields of study, including but not limited to; – Commerce, Accounting or Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or International Business.
A minimum overall grade of a B in KCSE and B in both English and Mathematics
At least four years of transaction work experience
Entrepreneurial mind set and business acumen
Passion for helping clients achieve their potential
Able to analyse financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions
Familiar with fundamental concepts of accounting including IFRS
Good presentation skills
Possess data analysis & critical thinking skills with a flair in MS Excel applications
Ideally, you’ll also have (not compulsory but highly advantageous)

MBA, Master in finance or other relevant masters degree
CFA/CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA or similar financial qualification
