MINIMUM POSTION REQUIREMENTS
The preferred candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Professional qualifications in accounting (CPA) or financial analysis (CFA)
A Master’s degree in a business related field is an added advantage.
A minimum of six years’ relevant progressive managerial experience, including specific experience in the below areas:Strategy, business finance or consulting
Strategic cycle planning
Business modelling and optimization
Quantitative analysis, conceptualization and presentations
Financial management
Stakeholder management of a diverse calibre
Have a strongly curious and questioning nature
Superior problem-solving skills
Self-drive, resilience and commitment to excellence
High level of agility and ability to learn new skills
