Job Description

Mechanical Technicians
Daily routine maintenance activities for chemical dosing pumps and tanks. That include Preventive Maintenance services, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Root cause analysis of the failures and supply of equipment spares & materials for the all the Mechanical Assets of the Chemical System Dosing Packages. Perform regular inspection and maintenance of Chemical Injection System and do the required adjustments as per supervisor instructions. Checking the running condition of each equipment and make adjustments that are necessary to ensure the performance is within the design operation and maintenance limits.

 

Electrical Technician
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities shall be performed on the electrical motors and assets. Visual inspection, note any abnormalities including overall condition, appearance, signs of overheating, corrosion and physical damage, mounting and foundations, anchor bolts, terminal boxes and terminals, grounding, fan condition, etc. Findings shall be reported to schedule and perform the corrective actions needed. Check for abnormal noise, measure bearings temperature and vibration as required. Based on the findings of the above activities and when required, the following minor corrective work for electrical motors shall be performed, including but not limited to: 3.5.1. Connection / disconnection. 3.5.2. Tight all motor grounding and cables connections. 3.5.3. Tight terminal box. 3.5.4. Clean motor. 3.5.5. Cleaning fan and fan covers. 3.5.6. Clean of grease nipples, and area around, where applicable. 3.5.7. Tight of the fan and fan covers. 3.5.8. Troubleshooting. 3.5.9. Installation / replacement of motors

Instrument Technician
Perform calibration and preventive maintenance check on instruments and instrument loops of pressure, flow, level, temperature, leak detectors etc. Corrective maintenance includes, Troubleshooting, rectification, replacement, recalibration for any failed instrument. This shall include, but not limited to, investigation and correction of pumps dosage rate, switches settings, transmitters calibration, solenoid valves performance, NRVs and filters, pumps’ actuators, and diaphragm etc.
